1. If you want to cancel the order before production starts, you will receive a 100% refund. We will start the production only after you finally approve the sample we have given you.
2.If we fail to deliver you at your chosen time, you will get a 100% refund. But exclusively:
– 1) If you change your receiver address after dispatching your products and it causes late delivery, we can not send you the refund.
-2) If you approve the sample design too late, it will cause late delivery. We will send you the fastest delivery date. If you approve the new date, we will proceed with your order. If you don’t approve, we will give you a 100% refund.
3. If the final product your receive does not match with your approved design, you will get a 100% refund.
4. If most of the products have quality issues, we will give you a 100% refund.
If the mistake is done by a third-party company like DHL or FedEx, etc. if they fail to deliver your order on your chosen time, then we will give you a 50% refund.
1. If you cancel your order during or in the middle of the production, we will give you a particle refund.
2. After receiving your order, if you detect some defective products, we will re-make those products totally free of cost.
